Shipping & Return Policy
So the item you received isn't quite what you expected, we understand, it happens! We want you to be happy with your purchase, so feel free to contact us with any questions or clarification on products before making a purchase. Please note, that some of the items are original and custom and are carefully packed and shipped, so please be patient with us as we process your purchase or return.
Refunds and Exchanges (for all items not noted below)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. Items can be exchanged for the same item if they are damaged or defective. Please let us know whether you're looking to return or exchange your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
You are responsible for return shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returning Original Art
Sales of original art are final unless the listing description contained a mistake or the photos truly misrepresented the artwork. If you’re unsure of the artwork’s size or colors and how it’ll fit in your space, I will gladly send you more photos. Please note, that our eyes see colors a little differently and computer and mobile screens display colors differently (double whammy!), so if you find a piece you absolutely love but are unsure of the colors, I recommend you check it out on various screens and ask your friends, family, neighbors, (heck even enemies) for feedback. And if your cousin says the painting is mostly blue, but your boss says it’s purple, cut them some slack! Many people are color blind without realizing, even my fiancée can’t tell the difference between dark blue, green, and purple.
That said, I strive to offer the best experience I can for you, and if you feel the piece just doesn’t look exactly right in the intended space, contact me directly within a week of receiving your item about scheduling a return. The item must be returned in the exact same condition it left my studio in. You pay for return shipping (hold onto the shipping materials and box!) and you can exchange your item for another in my store. Items purchased with a Free Shipping promotion will incur the original shipping fee. If you decide to return the exchanged item, a 20% restock fee will be applied to your return. Commissions and Custom Art
Due to their unique nature as well my and your time commitment to creating the item, commissions and custom art are not returnable. I will work with you closely to deliver a piece of art that is unique, original, and meets your expectations. Please, voice any questions or concerns early in our collaboration process so we can keep moving forward and smiling.
Returning Digital Files
So you found a digital file you loved, it looked perfect for that project you were working on. But, for some reason, it didn’t end up meeting your needs. That’s ok, it happens. If you have not used the image, you can return it within 7 days of purchase date for a full refund. Service fees are non-refundable.
Please check the sizing guide carefully before ordering. Sizing tends to differ from brand to brand, so don’t assume all Mediums (M’s) are the same. If the item you receive is incorrect, has a faulty printing, or has been greatly misrepresented in the listing description due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship it back to us within 14 days of delivery.
